This came in the mail today. I am so freakin' excited. I literally shrieked when I got a hold of this. I ordered this like 2 months ago from a store in Multiply. This is just my rant on the seller because I just want this out. This order was suppose to be in my hands like over a month ago but she said there has been delays in US shipment so that's totally not her fault. And then when these finally came, I paid for it in full and then she shipped it not even bothering to give me my tracking number so that's fine with me too. Then the whole Friday, I waited and waited and it didn't came. Friday night, I sent her an SMS telling her I haven't got my order. Then she replied and said she had put it in my old address where in fact I gave her my recent address. So I thought that's fine ,we all make mistakes. I thought because she has a lot of clients this things could happen. You know the irritating part is? She asked me to be the one to call the courier to give the correct shipping address. Like, hello? Is that what you call a Customer Service? So I said to myself again, ok I'll make the phone call. I called and the rep told me they went to my old address and it is abandoned. Of course because I moved and so I gave her my address. She said I will get it on Monday. I'm like what? Don't you guys ship on Saturdays? She said, yes but since this is no longer on their schedule so I have to wait till Monday. I'm like ok since I already waited that long what's another 3 days. The bad thing about this is that the seller didn't even bother to check on me. Like it's her fault she shipped to the wrong address now asked me to re-route the order then not even bother to check on the status. Like common? The worst part is, oh yeah something bad even happened. Can you believe it? Monday, it came and I opened it and guess what? My order is not complete. I'm missing one item. Ha! I sent her a message again. She's like oopppss... I forgot so I will ship it later. I'm like my God! My order reached up to $200 (here in the Philippines that's a lot of money) and then she doesn't even know how to take care of her clients. Then what are the chances that I will order again. Right? Here's the thing, I have been very nice to her I didn't even tell her I'm mad and I will not even link her store here. I just want it out of my chest and let you guys know that this kind of "customer service" exists. Ok, I feel better know. Here's my long overdue haul which is honestly worth the wait. Tada!
